Chrissy Teigen, John Legend, along with their family, have returned to their residence after a challenging week that involved evacuations due to the Los Angeles County wildfires. Their homecoming coincided perfectly with the birthday of their daughter Esti, who turned two, and they commemorated the occasion with a modest but heartfelt party.
"Teigen shared her joy upon returning home, stating, 'It's so nice to be home again.'" This was posted on her Instagram Story on Monday, accompanied by a photo of a cake decorated with chocolate frosting, rainbow sprinkles, and two John Cena figurines.

Teigen, 39, confessed that the cake was all she “could muster up” for Esti’s special day, a reflection of the emotional strain caused by their recent displacement. The family, which includes the model, her husband, John Legend, 46, their four children, and their pets, had to hastily leave their home as wildfires ravaged the area. The inclusion of John Cena figurines in the celebration was a nod to their daughter Esti’s fascination with the WWE superstar, a detail Teigen had shared in December 2024, describing her toddler’s “mysterious” obsession.
Teigen and Legend welcomed Esti in January 2023, shortly after adding their son Wren, now 2, to their family through surrogacy. Their two youngest children joined their older siblings Luna, 8, and Miles, 6. “Chrissy, I think, wants more. I’m one of four, so I’m cool with it,” Legend said, discussing the pros and cons of having a large family. “I was like, you know, once you get into that zone it’s a lot of folks - especially when you’re traveling, (it) gets difficult.”
He continued, “They’ve got one another, you see. Luna and Miles are stepping into the role of older siblings, and the age difference is significant enough that we won’t need to oversee every little thing they do.”
